SendGrid Setup & Configuration

Setting up your SendGrid account and configuring it with MagneticMailer will take less than 10 minutes.
Make sure to follow all the below procedures to get the optimum result along with delivery updates.

Step 1

From the dashboard, click on Marketing on the left menu and go to Senders.

Step 2

Click on Add New Sender to verify the domain or email address.

You will not be able to send emails without verifying the Senders. So, make sure to verify the senders before performing the setup. You can also add more senders if required.

Step 3

You can either verify an email address or a domain name.

You will be able to send mails only from a particular email id if you verify an email address.

But if you verify a domain name, you can send emails using any email address that belongs to that domain name.

Step 4

If you choose domain verification, then you will need to add some records to your domain and verify the same.

If you think this process is complex, simply verify your email address. You will receive a verification link on your email address and you simply need to click on that to verify.

Step 5

Thats it. The setup is done.

You can now go to API Keys from the Settings Menu

Step 6

Click on Create API Key

Step 7

Make sure to select Full Access while creating the API Key

Step 8

Copy the key and add it to MagneticMailer Configuration Settings Panel.

Once this is done, you can start sending emails using the MagneticMailer Panel.
