How to raise a Support Ticket with AWS?
Raising a support ticket is very simple and easy with an AWS account and you can easily get in touch with them for any kind of query.
From your AWS admin console, click on the question mark icon on the top right and then click on Support Center or simply visit this URL (https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/) to create a support case.
Click on Create Case on the Next page to raise a ticket.
On the next page, click on Account and Billing and then select further questions as per the issue that you are facing.
Generally, you will not face any kind of technical issues for using the SES services. So, there is no need to raise any technical issues.
Most of your issues might be with billing and account usage which can be easily rectified using the account and billing section itself.
